Like you, I also need to monitor because I swing from not eating enough to eating too much too easily if I don't keep an eye on it, plus, knowing I have to admit to it makes it much harder for me to shove in that extra slice of toast at lunchtime.

Hope you're stern words have reminded you to have realistic expectations and given you the kick you feel you need to get into a rhythm, for me it was a break I needed. Having had the bastard marathon and then 3 weeks of flying solo across both businesses I gave myself such a hard time for giving up on everything, then I had a holiday, realised I had needed some time to reset and this week I feel ready and enthused on getting back to a more normal routine (and not drinking all the wine every night).... Love your plan of action and definitely be kind to yourself, control what you can and sometimes taking a different approach to weightloss can be a breath of fresh air. I recently completed a Clean9 which is massively different to the Slimmingworld ways I've been used to, and you know what? It's been amazing for me :) Reshaped my thinking and got me excited about good foods again. We will fit into those dresses once more!!
