What choice of words will take me back to you?

So, my birthday was amazing. A lovely day wandering around London with cupcakes and princesses, followed by a slightly blurry evening involving cocktails and dancing.

Oh yes, and the presents. Oh, the presents. I was so spoilt this year, I'm a very lucky girl indeed.

Holy grail of haircare:

Dresses... dresses... dresses... and more dresses!

Best. Necklace. Ever.

Prettiest card:
Most appropriate card:
Equally most appropriate card. Mmmm, cookies:
BEST CARD FLIPPING EVER. It's me and Sha as cats. Drinking cocktails!

I'm already feeling sad about taking my card garland down. Do I HAVE to?

Thanks for all the lovely birthday wishes last week everyone! I hope you all enjoyed my giveaway - I really enjoyed doing it, although I'm also looking forward about getting my blog back to normal programming (I've missed it!). I have loads of ideas for future posts, too, so they'll be coming soon.

Don't forget, most of the giveaways are still open (5 out of 7) - oh, and all the giveaway winners will be announced next Monday, so stay tuned!

  11. Woah, that's a lot of new dresses! Did you drop heavy hints or does everyone just have excellent taste?

I say keep the card garland up for a while. Too pretty to take down.

  12. Glad to hear you had such a wonderful birthday :)

    Your presents are utterly lovely!

Check out all those dresses - pretty sure I've got a matching Primark one..

Where oh where is that necklace from!? Oh my word, I SO want one! I'd love it (obviously, look at it - it's amazing) - but also, my nephew would be SO impressed. He'd think I was the coolest Auntie ever (which obviously I already am, but it would be nice to reaffirm that!) Btw, my nephew is 2 & a half - is it sad that I need my 2 & a half nephew to think I'm cool!?

Is that Sunsilk stuff the same one that you were devastated it was discontinued..? (Yeah, don't think I'm a stalker or anything - but I read back through some of your REALLY old posts the other day :/ Promise, FAN, not stalker!)

Anyway, this is turning into an essay - so shall leave it at that methinks!
