Last night my friends and I had this whole conversation about the expression 'hump day'. I am not a fan, despite Wednesday being 'over the hump'. I don't like it. But it IS Wednesday, and we are over the hump. Not tonight, not tomorrow night, not the following night but the FOLLOWING NIGHT, it is my birthday party! And the following night is my birthday! Let's celebrate with some more free stuff!

GoGo Philip are one of my favourite jewellery brands, so I was overjoyed when they offered some jewellery for my giveaway week! It's a bit of a surprise what they're sending, but I'm hoping it's part of their awesome new collaboration with the singer Yasmin. How pretty?

    Last 24 hours.... I ate a Fab lolly? I'm not very exciting in the week. I did meet a guy that looked like a cross between Nick Jonas and Robert Pattinson on saturday though, fairly exciting.

    The most exciting thing that happened to me was that I finished my book. I know it's not all that exciting, but a) I'm a book loser, and b) it was a Tuesday!

    Most exciting thing in the last 24hrs was finding out that on Saturday when we arrive at our first family holiday in Devon, there will be a carnival procession going through the seaside town where we are staying righ past our apartment followed by a fireworks display! What an amazing start to our holiday, can't wait to see the kids faces!

    The most exciting thing that happened to me in the last 24 hours was sitting outside in the lovely sunshine with my family, indulging in my favourite food, Lasagna. I did throw a party for my 18th birthday on Monday night, but that was out of the 24 hour range!

    I'd love a piece of good quality, statement jewellery. I have yet to grow out of my 'crap plastic jewellery from Primark' phase but I feel like it might be time to grow up a little... maybe?

    The most exciting thing to happen in the past 24 hours was receiving some policy papers to proofread from the organisation I'll be interning for in September. (And who says my life's not exciting?! Haha.)

    I love all the jewellery pieces! So gorgeous, great give away!
    The most amazing thing to happen to me in the last 24 hours was I went and got my first ever tattoo, I'd been wanting one for ages. Yesterday me and my friend just walked up to the Tattoo studio in town and they were free there and then. So I had to get it:) I got a black shaded swallow below my left ankle. I love it!

    This exciting thing might be TMI, but I managed to forget my underwear this morning...I set off for a swim wearing my cossie, and like a seven-year-old school child, only realised when I got out of the pool. Brilliant. Having to buy emergency pants at eight forty-five in the morning - amazing.
