The packaging is so nicely done - I'm all about good packaging, I think it makes such a difference to the purchase experience. Inside was a really good mixture of products - and although officially they only send samples, most of the products were full size. It's a great way to try out a few things you might not normally use - for example, I've been curious about yellow nail polish for a while, but have always resisted buying it because I wasn't sure it would suit me. But now I get to try it anyway with this Ciate paint pot. Perfect for summer!
It's only £12.95 a month (inc. p&p) for a box that's worth far more (Ciate retail at £9 each on their website, and Illamasqua Pure Pigments at £15.50). It would be an ace present, but I think it's best as a little gift to yourself every month popping through the door.
What do you think? Will you be giving GlossyBox a go? What kind of products would you like to see?
Literally just signed up for September's, as it's full up. Not surprising, since it seems everyone who blogs has it! Therefore making me very jealous haha.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait!

I've never even heard of it before but it looks fab! Will be signing up :)
ReplyDeleteI've been umming and ahhing about signing up since the first one, and this month has really tempted me - the products look really good!
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to try Glossybox for a while however my income is not stable enough as I move between two cities and may need to search for another job when term starts again. Boo! But if I get my old job back for September I'll definitely be signing up! x
ReplyDeleteI'm tempted! I already get graze boxes so why not mix it up and get a beauty one...just worried that I won't use half the products! x
ReplyDeleteI'm not much of a beauty girl so I'd rather save myself the £13 and spend it on books or something. It seems like a great idea though and I know quite a few bloggers who love getting theirs every month.
ReplyDeleteThis looks great - thanks for posting. I didn't sign up (went for boudoir prive instead) so it's interesting to see how it will compare.
ReplyDeleteIt's such an interesting concept and looks like you definitely get your money's worth. The Illamasqua Pigment in particular sounds great.
